Service Returns:
The services already rendered or performed are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied
with your service we will be happy to re-do your service with the same stylist or a new
stylist.
Product Returns:
The products purchased at La Terre Salon can be returned for full refund within 15 days
or can be exchanged for different product within 30 days of purchase. One time
exchange, no multiple exchanges. Full refund is only paid by check within 10 business
days.
Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to make your appointment please give salon 24 hour cancellation
notice. There is a 50% service fee that is charged when 24 hour notice is not given. We
understand that there are times when 24 hour notice is not possible and arrangements
can be made.
